Refund policy

1. General
1.1. This policy governs the return and refund process for purchases made on Elodiek.shop (hereinafter: "the Website") and is binding for all customers making purchases.
1.2. Placing an order on the Website constitutes the customer's agreement to this policy.

2. Return Conditions
2.1. Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. 2.2. Customized or used products cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect. 2.3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error by the Website.

3. Return Process
3.1. To return a product, customers must contact the Website’s customer service and provide the order number and reason for return. 3.2. Once the return is approved by customer service, the product must be sent to the address provided in the return instructions.

4. Refund Policy
4.1. After receiving and inspecting the product, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. 4.2. If the product does not meet the return conditions, the Website reserves the right to deny the refund.

5. Policy Changes
5.1. The company reserves the right to amend and update this policy at any time, in accordance with Israeli law.

6. Jurisdiction
6.1. This policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. 6.2. Any disputes arising shall be settled in the competent courts of Tel Aviv only.

מדיניות החזרה והחזר כספי – Elodiek.shop

1. כללי
1.1. תקנון זה מסדיר את מדיניות ההחזרה והחזר הכספי עבור מוצרים שנרכשו באתר Elodiek.shop (להלן: "האתר"), ומחייב את כל הלקוחות המבצעים רכישה באתר.
1.2. ביצוע הזמנה באתר מהווה אישור להסכמת הלקוח לאמור במדיניות זו.

2. תנאי החזרת מוצרים
2.1. ניתן להחזיר מוצרים עד 14 יום ממועד קבלת המוצר, בתנאי שהמוצר לא נפתח, לא נעשה בו שימוש והוא נמצא באריזתו המקורית. 2.2. לא ניתן להחזיר מוצרים שהותאמו אישית או נעשה בהם שימוש, אלא אם כן נמצא בהם פגם בייצור. 2.3. הלקוח אחראי על עלות המשלוח עבור החזרת המוצר, אלא אם כן מדובר במוצר פגום או שגיאה במשלוח מצד האתר.

3. תהליך ההחזרה
3.1. כדי להחזיר מוצר, יש ליצור קשר עם שירות הלקוחות של האתר ולספק מספר הזמנה ופירוט סיבת ההחזרה. 3.2. לאחר אישור ההחזרה על ידי שירות הלקוחות, יש לשלוח את המוצר לכתובת שצוינה בהנחיות שנשלחו ללקוח.

4. מדיניות החזר כספי
4.1. לאחר קבלת המוצר ובדיקתו, יבוצע החזר כספי באותו אמצעי תשלום בו בוצעה הרכישה, בתוך 14 ימי עסקים. 4.2. במקרים בהם המוצר אינו עומד בתנאי ההחזרה, האתר שומר לעצמו את הזכות לסרב להחזר הכספי.

5. שינויים במדיניות
5.1. החברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לשנות ולעדכן את תנאי מדיניות זו בכל עת, בהתאם להוראות הדין בישראל.

6. דין וסמכות שיפוט
6.1. על תקנון זה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל בלבד. 6.2. כל מחלוקת שתתגלע בין הצדדים תתברר בבית המשפט המוסמך באזור תל אביב בלבד.
